Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn ymgynghori ar y camau gweithredu allweddol a fydd yn ffurfio sylfeini’r cynllun gweithlu iechyd meddwl amlbroffesiynol ar gyfer iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru a byddem yn gwerthfawrogi eich mewnbwn.
Mae’r cynllun yn cael ei ddatblygu mewn ymateb i’r camau gweithredu a amlinellir yn Law yn Llaw at Iechyd Meddwl ac mae’n cynnwys pob rhan o’r gweithlu sy’n chwarae rhan mewn perthynas â gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl. Er mwyn sicrhau ein bod yn adeiladu dull cyfannol o gefnogi pobl, mae hyn yn cynnwys y gweithlu ehangach, cyffredinol yn ogystal â’r gweithlu iechyd meddwl arbenigol.
Mae ein gwaith hyd yma wedi cynnwys ymgysylltu, ymchwil a dadansoddi sylweddol, ac mae hyn wedi llywio’r camau a awgrymwyd yn y ddogfen ymgynghori.

We are currently consulting on the key actions which will form the foundations of the multi-professional mental health workforce plan for health and social care in Wales and would value your input.
The plan is being developed in response to the actions outlined in Together for Mental Health and includes all parts of the workforce who play a role in relation to mental health services. To ensure that we build a holistic approach to supporting people this includes the wider, generalist workforce as well as the specialist mental health workforce.
Our work to date has involved significant engagement, research and analysis, and this has informed the suggested actions included in the consultation document.
How to get involved
The consultation is running from 1 February 2022 until 28 March 2022.
Please find attached a copy of the consultation document containing the proposed actions and a copy of the consultation questions. You can submit your answers by completing this e-form You do not have to give your name or any information that would identify you when completing the e-form.
