The Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service teams in Powys have produced new leaflets for parents giving information and advice in relation to suicide and self-harm.
There leaflets contain the following information:
- Useful tips on what to say or do.
- Helpline numbers.
- Information and contact details for Powys support services.
- How to set up a Safety Plan.
- Tips on what NOT to say.
- What to do in an emergency.
