One thing we all know for sure: it’s good to talk about mental health!
Come along for a muffin and a chat with college counsellors, local groups, and the staff from
Powys Association of Voluntary Organisation’s Health & Wellbeing and Children & Young People’s teams.
Wear something YELLOW and spread the word: you can talk to someone if you’re struggling to cope.
