Many of us have lost a loved one through suicide and we recognise how difficult it can be.

Ponthafren and Mind are helping to deliver a regular support group for people bereaved by suicide.

The group will provide a safe and supportive place where people can come, share their experiences and meet others who have experienced similar things.
