An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until 26 September 2023
Location: Rhayader, Cwmdauddwr Community Centre
Starts 8th August – course runs for 8 weeks.
After the course has finished you can join a peer support group in your area, to continue helping and supporting each other.
