Key Learning Outcomes
An interactive 3-hour training session to raise awareness regarding the practise and use of the Mental Capacity Act.
- Aim is to give participants an overview and awareness of the Mental Capacity Act, looking at the history, role, functions, guidance, principles and decision-making.
- Know about the 5 principles of the MCA and how to apply them
- Best Interests and its importance when managing making decisions for others
