Organised by the Mental Health Foundation and funded by the Arts Council of Wales and The Baring Foundation, the festival will show how the arts are beneficial to people’s mental health.

The main event of this year’s festival is a live, in-person conference on October 12^th and 13^th at the Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre in Newport. The event has a theme of trauma, and will feature a range of performances, creative workshops, film screenings, and inspirational speakers from Wales, the UK and overseas.
