The challenges brought by Covid-19 have affected the mental health and well-being of us all to some degree. This workshop will focus on how to maximise your own workforce’s well-being, including dealing with the more sensitive issues such as anxiety and stress and related performance-management. We will also look ahead to the potential challenges that may arise during the winter months. There will also be an opportunity to experience some practical examples of well-being activities.
