Blended Online CBT Practioner

Location: Crickhowell and Haygarth surgeries

Hours: 22.5 hrs per week

Contract: Fixed term for 1 year (subject to further funding)

Salary: £22,911 pro rata (Actual £13,900 pa)

Closing date: Friday 12th April 2019

You will need to be qualified to Health and Social Care level 3 equivalent, preferably with a counselling or terapeutic background.
