In these trying times most of us will need someone to talk to, someone to listen. Someone to lighten the load.
Mid and North Powys Mind would like to offer their services to as many people as possible during this time. They have received some additional funding from the lottery for 6 months to enable them to increase their staff time and capacity. They want to reach out to those who may never have thought of using their services, particularly key workers.
Staff at the charity are offering 1:1 telephone support to anyone who may be finding things stressful or overwhelming. You may never have needed them before, but right now just having someone confidential to offload to could make all the difference.
